Why banned: 6 Month ban for exploiting. Haxor has been warned by many admins including most ULA. He refuses to stop glitching and exploiting and thus will be taking a long break from the ibis servers. We feel that a perma ban is still not the correct course of action but a lengthy ban will get the point across. Closed.

Other/Reason to unban:

No warning/procedural steps were taken before the ban.
No admins told me what I was doing was wrong, until after the ban.
No evidence of 'refuses to stop glitching and exploiting'
No evidence of 'warned by many admins including most ULA'
No clear rules and many gray areas about what the rules actually are, rules still in development.
Demo in ban thread supports the above statements

Last legitimate ban was for a very short period of time and now jumps to 6 months based on assumed statements doesn't feel correct.

I am at work at the moment so I am not sure of my steam ID otherwise I would post my own Unban Me request. Regardless of H4x0|2's actions I don't believe that just because he may have used my account in the past that my account should be banned as well. Otherwise I will lose my faith in this community :hand:

Exploiting a race through console command is clearly in the rules. IE: Explode / Spectate on Shadow. This is also an exploitation of the leveling system itself.

You know, and were warned, don't play stupid. Don't need any other evidence, there is plenty of it in places you can't see.

It was short because some people respect you, know you know the rules, and gave you the benefit of doubt that it wouldn't continue. We do like you here. You yourself fucked that up. You should be happy this isn't permanent.

Your account is your priority, who you let use it and fuck that up is your problem.
I sense some IP ban's are gonna be needed. Then again, maybe not, cause if I catch either of you connecting on another account linked any way, this will all be permanent.

Do not attempt to bypass the ban in any way and that includes procuring a new steam ID.

For those of you who think I meant any desrespect by saying "I will lose my faith" it wasn't to feel superior. I just believed that I was a member of a community. as a reply to Steamer, I did not allow him access in the first place, he is our computer "I.T. Guy" and he has access to all of my programs, plus he didn't F anything up on my account he did it on his account and because he played (months ago) on my account it is also banned. I do not wish to bicker with anyone, I just want to be treated like a person of my own actions.

I completely agree with steamer. this is the same stance we have had in the past. zero or clan are the only ones who can make an overturning decision. if what you say is true..then, sucks for you. lesson learned, yes?

SL4x0|2 has never exploited, I have never exploited ON HIS ACCOUNT or AT HIS IP address, therefore it makes no sense to ban him just because in the past I have played on his account. Most regulars can recognize our different voices and skill levels. Let me repeat SL4x0|2 never broke any rules neither have I on his account. The only account and IP I've exploited on is H4x0|2 at my apt in Burlington, VT which the IP links back to. I feel proof should be provided if you guys disagree especially since unban appeals should be taken seriously no matter who appeals.
