IBIS Diablo 3 Guild

So blizz is going to be putting A guild system into D3 in 3-7 months from what iv been reading and i would love to start an IBIS guild on that game if it is ok with the Uppers (I know i am not a member yet but i think this is a good idea and one day i would like to be a clan member) if anyone thinks this is a good idea post below, also we all ready have 2 people from IBIS forums and or servers playing and if you would like to join us in just playing D3 leave your In Game Name below.

you can make a "ibis" whatever you want in any game, but it's not recognized nor official in the eyes of the clan or community as only clan have the right to lead anything with the ibis tag. also, 95% of the people in this community who played D3, have quit... them releasing a guild option isn't going 2 make anyone start playing again. I play often, but could careless about guilds in D3...

do what you want, but if you do make one, it has no ties with the real ibis... as in this community/clan. we also have a diablo 3 thread in the steam section...

just so that this thread doesn't go completely to waste, may i ask why everyone in ibis left diablo 3? am i missing smthn? i thought it was supposed to be the game of the year and the most anticipated game in years? ...

I know alot of people quit because it was buggy and vary unbalanced in patch 1.02 and even dumber in 1.03 but now its in 1.05 the game has become alot better, also Maynerd i did say in the started post If the upper admins approve and or like the idea because i do not like or want to step on anyone's feet.

because most of us have trouble commiting to one game long term. new games come out and its on to the next. atleast, thats my problem.

im back on d3. they fixed all the shit i complained about so yea.

i would prefer that if an Ibis group was created for D3 that it would be created by a clan member preferably, possibly a ULA...

send me a message on when that patch goes through and i'll set up the group.

Diablo 3 was by far the single most disappointing release I've ever experienced. I made my money back through their gay real money auction house and split.

In short, D3 made me lose all hope and faith in Blizzard and they can thoroughly lick my balls if they want a dime from me.

Because when they released the game they made some epic fail choices.... the main one being that inferno mode, was damn near impossible to beat.... you would cruise through the difficulty levels having fun and then eventually hit inferno and it was like a brick wall... the fun just stopped.

they have down graded inferno big time and released a system called "monster power" which basically lets the user control how hard inferno will be... and the harder you make it, the better % bonus you get towards gold find and magic find. aso the quality of items that drop become better.

they also added 100 levels of paragon that you do after you hit the max character level. paragon levels basically means that as you keep killing shit, you keep getting XP, and when you level up with a paragon level, you get a +3% towards gold find and magic find every time.

much has been done 2 better balance the game and make it more fun for all... also the auction house has totally mellowed out... it was crazy before the new patch that fixed everything.

I still play, and enjoy it.

I might pick it up after the guild system is released at which point I can start an official IBIS guild. I never did get my one guy to 60 and I still feel that I have not finished the game until I at least do that. However by the time I started to play most had already given up or had like a bunch of people maxed out and were on to something else.

I do also admit that the game had a LOT of problems for a AAA title on release and even a few months in that really killed things too.

Yeah, who doesn't like getting one shotted instantly by things that aren't on screen yet. Seriously, no game has made me rage so hard at it's impossibilities at inferno while being a cakewalk on the other three difficulties. When the items you need to even have a chance in act 2 are only dropped in act 3 and 4, something is wrong. That shit went on for way too many patches and was completely obvious no testing went into it's design. Then there were some of the combinations of abilities the champion packs had... And people wondered why some people were abusing exploits and glitches to get ahead.

Well i am glad to bring the spark back to D3 for some of u guys N gals with this post, BWT Zero i have some bad news lol they came out with a system called paramor lvling in patch 1.04 this system lets a lvl 60 player add another 100 lvls to them self without going beyond 60 but it still adds all the same stats I.E barbs +3 str +2 vita but it also adds +3magic find and +3 gold find so u can get up to 300% of both without having to put on magic find gear the down side tho is people who just want to get a lvl 60 for completion of the game now half to get 160 lvls XD, But yea the game is hella alot more fun now and they also made legendary items worth getting because in the start they were a joke that made u just want to punch a baby.

no, see, the thing about the legendaries was that people were getting them and finding they were weaker than whatever was currently being used...yet failed to take into account the itemlevel of any of the legendaries. most of the time, those 'much weaker' legendaries were about 5+levels below the pre-existing gear, and thus were naturally weaker. but people always need something to bitch about...

all that's been fixed. aside from the dupe method that exists on the Asian servers.

I'd definitely join an ibis guild if you guys were to start one. i'm on my 12th paragon and i'm making bank in game, so i'd like some people to show off to.

I dont play D3 because I have such things as a social life... a job... a girlfriend.

All jokes aside, as stupid as this may seem, this should be approached with caution. Don't need fools to ruin the reputation Zero and all the fellow clansmen have worked so hard to uphold.
