In consideration of this thread's title I can only assume that Cyber is afraid of ghosts.
I would be upset that the production crew is making money by entertaining sheeple at my expense. I would be upset that they would have the audacity to ask me to sign a waiver to show me on TV and not compensate me in any form from the returns they get on the show. I would be upset that they wasted my time trying to play off of a nonsensical fear that they assume the greater population has.
I would be upset but no, I would not resort to violence because that is for the mentally incapacitated. A real response to something this silly would be to refuse the waiver and go about the day as planned not allowing them the satisfaction of making a profit at my expense.

nah , im not scared of ghosts... but little "ghostly" kids in the middle of nowhere like her would definitely put a chill down my spine.
