Reason for perma ban: Inappropriate spray, multiple times, 2 times by me, 4 by other admins. Maynard requested we put a perma ban if he does it again, after his last 3 week ban.

65000 - I see his spray, or he sprays it. (for some reason after this, my @green admin chat does not show up.) but i am saying something like "change your spray now, this is your last warning." blah blah
73000 - i tell him to take it off, he says he does not know how. dafuq? of course you do. one does not simply upload a spray, and does not know how to change it in game... (i think you see him type, "i cant or something" out of the blue, thats because i told him to change it asap or be banned.)
74600 - he says "yeah it's me giving myself a rub" so he knows it's a gay shit, and i told him on his first ban that, that's not allowed.
76300 - he claims to everyone, his spray is the shit. BAN.
Other info, this player went by Mintypotato, it was a matter of time i knew his 3 week ban was up, and when I banned this person for the spray, his name came first into my though. that is why you will see a 10 minute ban, to requested 30 day ban.
