Why did you order admin
To help the servers of ibis, to rid of them of hackers, and to keep the players happy. I try my best to keep everyone happy, even if i am in rage mode on gg

Why do you want to be an upper level admin
I have been here for 4 years now, man its has been a fun ride so far, and i want to continue it. Since becoming admin last year, i have had a lot of fun being one. I enjoy banning hackers, and finding the hard ones. I enforce the rules fairly, and i give some leeway, im mostly lenient towards people, unless they come in Spamming music and refusing to turn it off, or tking the entire team on GG. I have been one of the more active hacker banning admins of late, and being an insominiac, people pming me at late nights or early saying there's a hacker, i usually respond within 5-10 minutes. If someone pms me saying theres a hacker on a server, i respond quickly, it is what i belive in, that a admin should respond to a player saying theres a hacker quickly and not put it off. I Help new admins with the rules, tell them what to and not to do, and offer advice and little things to help being an admin. I do my job, and ive been getting a lot of postive feedback of late from the players so i thought i would try this out!

This can be either a good thing, or a bad thing Panda.
I know the feeling, I'm in the same boat. I get hours and hours of demos before making a call SOMETIMES just because I want an undeniable burial of a very good hacker, with no questions asked.

You have the skills, you're a strong applicant. What I want to know is : do you hesitate with pulling the trigger because you're not sure? or because you want the self satisfaction of getting more unquestionable proof?
I understand the ladder, I do it.

But keep in mind, as a ULA, there's no room for doubting yourself. Your vote can permanently affect someone's residency in IBIS.
Obviously our ULA opinions will be discussed privately, but I want to tell you personally that I need you to be more confident about your bans.

It's good not to be hot-headed (me and brett already got that covered), but if you get the spot, there's no room for mistakes or second-guessing when your vote is on the line.

So keep your hacker-catching-streak active, you definitely have the highest ban record. But like i said on penis's thread, easy hacks aren't the problem, my kid brother can spot them. I want confidence in making strong calls in though cases, so stay active on ban threads till then.

Another good practice when voting on ban threads:
- I'd tell you to find the hacker yourself, but his name is in the thread.
- Instead, make your OWN list of ticks about the hacker BEFORE you see the ticks posted by the admin.
- Formulate your OWN opinion without taking into account ULA votes currently active (if you get ULA, you can no longer look up to those, since yours is one of them...).
- Compare your ticks to the provided ticks.
- DISCUSS your ticks with fellow ULAs if you feel that something is overlooked. You can only become more confident by criticizing your own work.

Prove me you can be reliable and confident, and you'll definitely get it.

My Thoughts upon request :

He's very responsive in catching hackers, and spotting them quite efficiently. Does all the paperwork (posting on forums stuff) ASAP to keep the list up to date. Very knowledgeable with the rules, allowing him to give the proper advice/punishment to players and admins alike. I wish him the best of luck in this ULA app.

@cyber I do not doubt myself, i just want concrete hard evidence of the hack so i dont waste peoples time witha inconclusive demo. I remember getting minu after about a week of watching him, his kind take a little to get concrete evidence on because you gotta be 100% sure they are hacking. For the most part i watch the demos in the ban threads, to keep up with the current hackers, as ULA is not for Fun admins, its for the hacking catching ones.

And can i get some Fries with that Hacker Catching Steak Cyber?
