how do you ban those mic spammers that come into the server under the name unconnected?

to ban someone as unconnected, in the admin menu their will be a list of about 7 people, that is 5 pages long. example...

1. holy shit
2. cs with helm
3. ]345 ----> = unconnected.
4. koolay
5. zero
6. apoc
7. boobs.
