View Full Version : Recoil might be messing up?

So over the last 2 days i have seen a big number of head shot kills to zombies and tonight when i got on i asked 3 people to buy guns and fire full auto at the wall, person one Lt.Chill had an M4a1 his full auto had less then a ----- spread on the wall and all shots were at head lvl?? at about 8-10 meters from the wall, person 2 Dark7tower had P90 again 6-10 meters from wall his shot area was -------- and maybe 4 of the 50 shots hit 1/2 meter below that line but still 90% of the ammo hit at head high and the bullet spread was 89-94% all at the same spot, person number 3 Blubb had M249 shot full clip at 4-6 meters away and his bullet area of hit was wayyyy to small for that gun it was like 1X1 meter up/down and side/side with a rate of 77-84% of all 100 bullets hitting in the head area. I think the gun recoil pys may be off guys can we take a look just to be safe? because its one thing for 7-12 people to do 13000 dmg in 5 sec but for 4 people to do that much is kinda crazy.

maybe latest valve update changed recoil!?

I dont know about the update but i do know that it only happens on some of the maps we played on last night like all of the Zm maps it was just odd bro,

So it seems that steam/val did change the gun recoil for all weapons to mimic Cs-Go and have a more real life feel to them, i am ok with this but it would have been nice to know they did this:assault::assault:

Do you have a link to your source for this? I haven't noticed a difference in recoil at all. Maybe it's only in ZM?
