Date & Time: 2/21/13 from 2:30 to 3:00 he started harrasing me without me even saying anything to him then kicked me and from 4:50 to 5:00 i had come back and harrased me even more

How did he/she abuse (See TOS):

It all began around 2:30 where i slayed him for tking me he then raged and continue to shoot me every single time we spawned he kept raging non stop until he kicked me


then at 4:50 i come back and without me saying anything he harrased me again and kicked me with this message "You fucking autistic retard, don't come back." I'm pretty sure we all know who the autistic retard really is... panda you need serious help and your admin will get revoked for being such a piece of shit.

It was after the game had ended and did not effect you in the game. You gave up the knife, than when 2 of us were about to knife the guy oon nade, you shot him. next round he won THAN i kicked you because you made the fun end. :P ON the game from a few hours ago, i was knifing someone to get on nade and you came out from behind me and shot him but i didnt see you so i knifed and i killed you and without even a secound to let me say sorry you slayed. Yeah i got pist at you because you were an asshole, tked you for 5 damage for the start of 2 rounds, than hit the other key by accident :P

You can't kick me for that you dont know what being a admin is all about ive been an admin in css for many years before you grow the fuck up and keep my name out your mouth, you also can't teamkill at the begining of the round just because your mad everything you do is wrong

It wasn't the end of the game when you started teamkilling every single time we spawned and it affects the game because you where leaving me with less then 10 hp when we spawned and you kept doing it every round like a retard.

put it in your steam/steamapps/ACCOUNT NAME/counter-strike source/cstrike folder, open up css, open the console, type "playdemo demoname" (where demoname is the name of the demo) and voila. use shift+f2 to open a nice little menu that lets you see what tick you're on and change the play speed.

To post it, Scroll down, Additional options, Managa attachements, Add file, Select file, click on the file, upload, wait 30 secs-1 min, it should pop up under the managa attachemnts on thread. I already posted the demo of the kick :P

panda you know i like you..but i have told you before that kicking people end game would get you into trouble, if someone wants to make an issue of it. you are not one who uses their admin privelages sparingly...id suggest you start doing so.

im at work so i cant view the demo...just a word of advice..stop kicking people, wether end game, or not. get your rage in check. tking in retaliation is something an admin should never do...or anyone, for that matter.

just wanted to add that you currently have a ULA app in, and in my mind, are a top contender. if you take that seriously..id take some time to think about these things.

the demos won't open console says it cant read them.... i gave you the time when it happend so any admin can see how he abused

Dude, you are an admin for IBIS - and you're supposed to wear that badge with honour and pride. These types of actions shiny were poorly on our admins and clan members as a whole.

Im not commending myself for knifing or shooting that asshole after he slayed me for accidently knifing him because i was knifing an enemy in front of me and he came from behind and shot and ran thru me. He got me Extreemly Agitated during that game which i forget the map, but he got me extreemly pist, because that led to me loosing that game which i was leading. I should not have done the shooting and knifing, i was angry at him because he chose to be an asshole, so i treated him as such. BUT i did not use any admin commannds on him during the match, it was only during the END GAME phase to next map, now if you think that is abuse Clanners and ulas i will take the what they give me.

umm i havent playd in a few weeks but im almost 100% positive im rank 3 on the server and rank 2 on ibis website server and stats sooo :P

oh and u can also use shift+f2 to load demo instead of typing it in console

FWIW,

I have kicked/banned Panda in the past for team attacking me in retribution and for general ToS violations. He's been warned by me as well. His rage is legendary and needs to be kept in check!
