that's the stats page of the one already perma'd. same ip as the 2 not perma'd right now, but only used 4 times. however, the current name on that account is NIGGERSAURUS REX so it's the same guy from all i can tell. same past with sprays and everything too.

im voting perma but because the ip link isn't as clear-cut as the typical ones (few usages), leaving it open for discussion.

Weak my ass. Notice the last blocked name on the perma ban. The ip probably shows up because he tries to connect so he can keep his rank active. Damn he was banned June last year and it has 98% activity. I also say we remove his rank. Take the fun out of it for him.

I remember playing with him has a thing for fucked up sprays.
