I had purchased admin at arounfd 9:00 and still have not been set to admin:banghead:

did you put your steamid into your forum profile? none of the stat links work.

Admin takes effect basically instantly, are you sure that STEAM_1:0:6959349 is your correct steam id?

What server are you trying to use admin in?

Your in there. Why do you think that your admin is not working? What comes up when you enter sv_who in console? Also try sv_help to view your command list.
