11800 - Maybe a trace. Questionable at best, but could be explained away.
17000 - Holy shit. Shot directly at a hostie behind a wall. Bad news for you PHOOBOS.
22000 - This moment is identical to 11800. Could be explained, but given 17000, these two ticks become much more suspect.
26000 - Two NEAR direct traces on opponents in the building below him. Convinced.
29900 - Didn't see anything here.
44000 - Another NEAR direct trace on an opponent in the building below him along with a slight hesitation as he waits for the opponent to come into firing view. As he's falling through and turns right, however, he ignores an opponent he could've killed were he walling and had seen him. Perhaps he's good at not making it terribly obvious.
56500 - Disagree with this tick. Seems pretty legit to me, inside and outside of wire frame. Don't see any traces and he sees both opponents that he kills prior to shooting/killing them.
61000 - This one did it for me. He sees ABSOLUTELY NO ONE as he fires down inside the building, HOWEVER his opponent is clearly there on wireframe and teleports just as he's looking through the opening to kill him.

Don't need to look at 62000. 61000 seals the deal. HAX.
