I am thinking of making the pub 16k cash always and installing the wire cut mod where you can try to defuse by wire cut. Also making it so it will display a players rank at the start of every round.

Yeah, I don't like the notion of maxing money every round either. It's one of the main aspects of traditional CS imo. Although I see how this idea leads to 'cash balancing' a less skilled team against a skilled one, so from that perspective it makes sense. Tough call.

Love the ideas of rank showing up and wire cutting the bomb both though.
