Any chance we could get some of the high ranking permabanned peeps removed from the rankings? I'm tired of seeing Balto up there in the top 10. XD That and I just got a job this week so I can't play nearly as much as I used to so this is the only other way I can go up in rank >.>

Low activity levels usually take players off the boards within a few weeks of not playing. Can't you just tell people "Oh actually, I'm 1 rank higher because there's this guy that was perma'd"? Granted, it sounds weird to say, but that's essentially what's going on with this request
