I have never hacked nor do i currently hack, but I am currently listed as banned for aimbotting. I didn't even know I had been banned from your server until I tried to connect to it today. I said to myself, "what the hell?" So i came here to post about it. Also, is this the right place to even ask about this, i'm not sure?

Not the right place, go to rules and post under the unban me section in the proper format, including your in-game name and steam id.

Apparently that's actually him at the top. I don't really see upgrades by ULA/Clan and no additional comments/demos. Thoughts?

no that is not me i'm Sharkc2 STEAM_0:1:13088957 on steam i was banned by Illuminati_NWO. sry didn't reply earlier was dropping my car off for some repairs (brakes went and failed:97' buick regal) also i will post on the unban me section

Yes and the thread I posted was your ban thread, you were initially banned by him for aimbotting, then some weird shit that doesn't need to be addressed here went down, and Brett made a ban thread with your demo, after viewing it was voted that you were obviously using an aimbot and your ban was upgraded to a perma, now if you even think you can wriggle out of that you need to post in the appropriate section.
