Is it right to carry Perm Ban's?

Recently a friend of mine Bruce Dern got perm banned. He was perm banned because of another account he used many of you may know "Hallwagner". To me this is a unfair punishment because it has nothing to do with his current account. Hallwagner got perm banned because of the things he did on it. It shouldn't affect the status of his current account which all he has done is tried to play the game.

It been said that he was trying to evade a perm ban but that's not true, Hallwagner is still banned. If he had been trolling and breaking rules on his new account i could see the punishment being justified but that's not the case. I'd like to know the opinion of others on this matter seeing as i can't do much else than share my opinion regarding it.

he's going around his punishment... what account he is on is not relevant. he also lol'd at ibis and said he will just sneak back on and there's nothing we can do about it... yet he's clearly wrong cause I'll keep banning his accounts when he's found bypassing his ban.

I don't know what you mean by "bother with this?" i'm just sharing my opinion and asking for others. As for him buying another account sure he can but why should he have to? He has done nothing worthy of a perm ban on the account he has now.

also, the answer 2 your thread title question is yes... it is right 2 carry perma bans. his account didn't offend the community 2 the point of perma ban, his actions did, and what account he is on is irrelevant, it's kinda fucked I have 2 point such an obvious thing out 2 you.
