How did he/she abuse: Banned for 10 mins for TKing even tho I was not slayed/kicked prior.

The Demo shows starting around 21000 ticks that I began to start shooting teammates and eventually team killing them due to the map being changed within seconds. I've seen people do this before so I thought it was just a 'messing around' kind of thing and I have not team killed on purpose on GG before. Even though it was a 10 min ban was it necessary to ban first? If I was warned through a mic I wouldn't have heard because I have no sound on. As you can see, the admin name that showed up banning me is Cheese.

1) You don't just ban right away.
2) With or without sound the admin should still proceed to type.
