xbox help

im havingg issues setting up xbox live on my offline xbox profile.

when ever i go to the "Join Xbox Live" page, it loads for like 2 min then i get an error saying: Sorry, Xbox Live Signup isnt available right now. Try Again later. 8007065B

Now the strange thing is, i do not get this error when im not logged into a profile or when im logged into a diffrent offline profile. Only the one i actually want.

i do but i dont have it with me at the moment. Let my step bro try it out. I do have borderlands 2 far cry 3, riptide, ect.
