my old PC was in storage the entire time i was gone.... now i have a pretty large problem.

any tips to make this look new again?

go to walmart, bestbuy, target etc and ask for compressed air or "air duster"

some of it is like dust sludge, it won blow off. What do i do for that?

shit.... no clue on "dust sluge" I've yet 2 deal with such a thing.... best someone else who knows something give an opinion for that issue.


what kind of storage did you use where this could happen?

Run your vacuum with a hose attached when using that compressed air. Mineral oil and scotch brite for any oxidized surfaces.

Scotch brite and mineral oil also will remove the dust sludge.

good call. mineral oil is PC friendly and doesn't conduct electricity

Almost any super market, pharmacy, or hardware store. It is cheap.
