at 3500, 4300, 4700, 5800, 6800, 9400 if you slow it down, he can see the enemies somewhat, but even still it's pretty hard to see them. at 100% speed, it's very hard to see him, and he knew their place exactly. this is watching normal. when you go to r_draw, yes you can see he's been keeping an eye on all enemies, slight traces here and there.

I vote hacks.

As for the other bans, only if we had their IP address linked to the sourcebans, and it matched up, def we could do an IP ban. But since no IP's were recorded, kinda hard to tell. I couldn't find anything on Picture of me. The only thing I was able to trace down was http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/showthread.php/10750-CHUCK-D-%E1%B4%BA%E1%B4%BC%E1%B4%BF%E1%B5%80%E1%B4%B4%D2%8 9side-%D2%89-03-22-2013-5-49PM ban, and checking his STEAM ID via other servers and getting an IP address from them. His banned IP address there is 75.166.61.159 (Denver, CO), and his banned IP today is 75.166.176.27 (also Denver, CO). With same name (the most unique name ever might i add), and almost same location, i would assume same person. Even though it is not 100% match, I would vote an IP ban on this guy as well.

same dude, perma'd, and posting ip permas now. seems like it changes quite a bit though, tough to nail him down but if he tries to connect from just 1 banned ip it'll show up as blocked and we'll have him again.
