How did he/she abuse:
I was banned because some guy acussed me of either Team Killing or not doing the objective of the map ... The guy just wanted me banned, so he started making them up because the reason didn't really matter to him as long as I got banned; The Admin took his word for it because he acused using the mic faster than I could defend myself by typing into the keyboard.
Then the Admin made a vote asking people in the room if I should get Slained ... Then I had the feeling that the Admin was that guy's friend and felt that he was going to power abuse me just because the guy asked him to do it. As the voting was already an absurd for an Admin's behavior, I started recording everthing. But he banned me before I could end the Record; so it was not really recorded.

If you see the video saved by the server, You'll notice that I got trapped in the maze and managed to survive for some time, when a zombie came out of nowhere and killed me... The guy knifed beside me was the one that was yelling that I should get banned.

The server is great! Just need to prevent this from happening to other innocent people. It would help a lot if the Admins were better selected, and the server managed to prevent people from becoming an Admin when they still lack the skill or are incapable of making a fair judgement out of the circumstance.

Download the demo and attach it rather than posting a link to the FTP site. The FTP site contains an ever revolving list of the maps from the last ~6 days or so. You can also use the "demoui2" command in console to help review your demo and determine the appropriate ticks that should be posted. That's how I do it at least, may be a better way.

playdemo, hit shift-f2 to start up little player thing that has not only ticks but also fastforwards and slowmo, etc. at the point of the aboose pause the demo and post the tick it's on.

The entire server ragedark,honeybooboo,funnyman and about 7 others told me you kept cade breaking. 8 bans 4 for the same offense.

The ban was only 2 hours. but i asked maynard to up it seeing as you like to break server rules. 8 times and running.

though that's understandable, the entire server could tell you anything but that doesn't necessarily make it so. you have to see it for yourself to make the ban. sometimes that means leaving the game, grabbing the demo, and watching there, then making the ban afterward. you can't just ban based off something someone says.

when i have 5 steam messages begging for admin help. and a guy who doesn't deny his wrong doing. with sorry not 8 but 9 bans. my first instinct is to remove the problem. i added him on steam to get his side. he denied it. maynard decided to up the ban. 9 bans running guys a problem. But if you feel he deserves to be unban that's not my call. but with 9 bans from 6 diff admins you can bet on him being a problem again. the ban i gave was only 2 hours. a player with 9 bans should be lucky he is still playing on the ibis server. the decision i made was a hasty one but it was the logical one. had it been someone who only was banned once twice hell 3 times i would spectate but this guy has been banned for the same thing a few times and banned for a few other things. so i removed the immediate problem from the server added him to get his side to see if it was worth an unban but got denied. requested it get extended which it did. 9 bans is not a coincidence its a problem. "innocent players" you are far from innocent fab. 9 bans makes you a problem.

this isn't my department but in the future, don't make a ban without firsthand evidence.

Did you even review the demo after the ban? I reviewed the demo, and this is what happened.
Fab was at the first hold off point. He got held off by the gates, and survived when it opened again. But he threw a nade to slow down zombies so he can escape, not to intentionally fail nade, as zombies were pushed backed a little. A fast zombie happened to jump at the same time, and boom, zombie shot forward. IMO, it was not an intentional team killing, as he was holding off zombies, threw a nade, miscalculated and didn't expect the zombie to jump.

Don't take people's "word" without seeing it.

admin did not witness the claims, nor were they deemed legitimate.

Admin warned and educated on the rules.

I would also like 2 point out you still have a lot of bans on record and if you continue 2 fuck up, your new bans will be a hell of a lot longer than 2 hours. So I would suggesting getting real familiar with the rules, and not fucking up anymore.
