I fucking hate PayPal, service sucks, and its just shit in general. I tried to buy PayPal cash card so i can buy more admin, and they had me enter my DOB, which i entered as under 18 because im a dumbass. Now i can't use it, and i cant buy shit off ebay with my debit card. This also goes for admin. Do any of y'all have alternate methods of paying for admin than paypal, or in general, what's your opinion towards PayPal?

well my big problem here is that anything connectd to paypal won't even take my debit card. Most of the money on my debit is from selling stuff on ebay, but now that its blocked i fucking can't use it. I also can't pay for admin, but i have a stron feeling that you guys would do anything to keep it that way.

NewEgg said they would send us another of the same laptop, but not give us store credit because fuck you

my father purchased it with PayPal and PayPal basically made NewEgg it's bitch and let us get my current laptop (ASUS K52JT)

paypal still sucks.
they are a group of money hungry cuntnuggets...
the problem is that they are blind. completely blind. they have their algorithms that monitor transactions and account looking for suspicious activity.
but they lack the biggest problem, it's that they don't account for human error.
I made a yahoo-based account once on paypal for work, and then my boss told me he wanted it on a gmail-based account instead because yahoo doesn't allow forwarding to other acccounts...
so when i did this, paypal thought i was doing malicious activity because i made 2 accounts with the same domain name, same ccompany address and info, but with a different email provider...and so, instead of paypal emailing me to inquire about WHY this happened, no.... no... that would be too smart for them, they (instead) go ahead and flag my accounts, and BLOCK THEM... all my business accounts for different businesses AND my personal account... and froze all my money (lost roughly 200$ in pending incoming payments and stored money)...
and i never saw it again... i called them up to explain what happened and why this happened, they were completely retarded and wouldnt understand the logic behind what happened just because their fucking computer automatically flagged this...
I'm a fucking software engineer... and no matter how good i can be, we ALWAYS try to understand that human error is impossible to account for completely, and there should always be a failsafe and backup switch to be assessed manually... but no... paypal are morons, bunch of fucking indian cuntnuggets who don't know what they do...

and thus , i have been paypal-less for a good year. Every time i tried to make an account, it would get flagged no matter how "subtle" i tried to be with my info...
until i decided to create a full new account, on a different email, with a new name and allias, with a new bank account i made specifically for it, with one of my friends' work address for shipment info... and i'm currently barely floating under the paypal radar... before they find this account and freeze it again and screw me over bcos they're blind fucks.

this forces me to be VERY VERY subtle when making transactions, only small values at a time because i noticed they monitor any payment above 30$ and identify my accounts... and i cant do this at close intervals bcos their algorithm will identify my transactions as "too many, suspicious"... and i cant afford that....

tl;dr this is one of the reasons why i sometimes lose my admin bcos paypal freezes my money for a while i try to remain under the radar with small payments.... bcos fuck paypal.

COme on, we both know that was unethical and completely exagerated because they really dont have a sense of right and wrong or any sense of telling who is SIMPLY ASKIng for their help, not coning them. Has it ever crossed your mind to go into the paypal settings on the profile and change the email address..... WOAH blew my mind... when i went and changed the email address for my donation link... didn't want people getting my personal email. They are a company, dont expect them to cater to one person using there service when millions of others use it too. Your concept of taking responsibility for your actions is astonishing as it is pretty clear you made a mistake and insist on blaming paypal. Even after not attempting to contact them through support. What i honestly think your issue with paypal is... is poor money management and lack of budget. Perhaps and it is very plausible that you, on occasion have an inadequate amount of funds on paypal or in your checking account. Also, i have no issues with paypal and my account says $0.00. This is because paypal is connected to a checking account for making paypal purchases.

bottom line, from what you have shared and all the other 100 times you have complained about paypal. I believe it is not pay pals fault for your misfortune but instead, your own negligence. You can only blame yourself for not understanding how to operate a website....

And my paypal account got hacked or smthn bcos someone pulled a 4000 echeck transfer from my paypal (which in turn gets the money from my bank account linked) and sent it to a shell company or fake account to retrieve my stolen money.
I change my passwords regularly, and never use same password twice or for multiple things. So i called paypal and held them responsible for this and they ADMITTED that it was THEIR mistake on their end for not flagging a 1-time 4000$ Transfer to a newly created account as suspicious, not to mention that my money was stolen directly FROM my bank account so they also causedme grievance with the bank. And they admitted all that but kept 1000$ out of 4000$ bcos the fake company ha already transfered such a sum to their bank account, so in order for paypal not to lose 1000$ in compensating my LEGIT own fucking money, they rip me off of mine, never to b seen again? The only part of any of your posts that indicates the possibility of you actually contacting them about your issues is this "talked with their crappy support staff. "

Secondly, if you get scammed and lose tons of money, its probably in your best interest to contact the police, not call pay pal a bad company.

My point remains, the only other person i can find in sight here that has had extremely bad experiences with paypal, is a kid who gave away if SSN...... I find it very hard to believe that paypal who has a very outstanding reputation and has grown so much over the years, is as despicable as you claim it to be. So my conclusion is that you fucked up somewhere and that is that.

The reason I don't use paypal, is because I sold a WoW Account, and the person did a charge back (the paypal account was likely hacked). This person had a high rep on ebay, and the paypal linked to ebay was the same. I pulled the money out, and then got charged back. I even sent a thing in the mail to the person stating the account name and password, along with the CD and cdkey (which gives me a shipping label) and they still won. I called their "customer service" and explained it and they said yeah they see that the person paid me using an illegitimate account, but they wouldn't take the hit so I sit neg $300 bucks which they can go suck a donkey dick to get back.
