I do believe that all ibis servers just crashed on css.
i make that assumption based on the fact that i timed out from the server and all the servers are gone from my favourites (ive favourited all ibis servers).

The system started launching servers in infinite loops.

Full system emergency reboot 5-10min before system is back up.
