View Full Version : Some problems we are still having!

The server is running way better since the update (Thanks a tone for that Zero), But we are still having zombies and humans spawn without a knife from time to time, when a human spawns without one it seems to happen if they jump really fast on round start time and use parachute and is is the same for zombies, if a human is parachuting and gets turned they have a 50% chance if i had to give it a number of not getting a knife!

We are also seeing some new glitch's with knock back, when someone knifes a zombie in the back they fly far away or do not move at all no matter the class the person is playing, I have not found the reason this is happening but I think it may have something to do with parachutes as well, because both times i have seen this happen to someone the zombie was parachuting at or away from the human.

We also have 3-4 maps that still have some problems and If i can find the time to post all the data i will how ever I work 52 hours a week from now till Dec 22 and then i leave for Canada and will not be back from there till Jan 20th, and will not have much time to play at all in this time line (this is why i gave up my admin for 3 months), I will still be doing all i can to help out even tho i will not be admin, and if anyone Msg me i will have steam on my phone so i can help out that way.

Now that things are settling down a bit here I will be able to try some more updates to things. Looks like that latest valve update has things wonky that may be fixed in a now more refined SM/MM update.

Well those were some big memory leaks, hopefully fixed now with latest sm and MM versions. Also removed steambans as that no longer works and is likely just creating problems by having it still turned on.

So we are still getting Zombie/human spawns with no knife, 80% of the zombie spawn without is Due to parachute when knifed and its open its about 80% u will not get a knife.
also we have had a big problem with the Vending machine and some other props glitching on almost all cade maps, letting zombies phase right past them when hitting E to push and just walk on in for a kill.

If anyone has the time to look into what may be causing this to happen that would be great!

It's actually pretty fun without a knife as a zombie.
You troll the shit out of humans, they waste their bullets on you, and other zombies tag them. HA, we should build this as a new zombie class. Give them like SHIT load of health as a decoy zombie. More HP than a deformed, and faster than a fast zombie. But won't be able to do jack shit.

I remember that. :lmao: Taught me a good lesson. Now I'm always wary of the neutered zombies...
