Reason to unban:
There was a person who kept switching names, advertising "their" racist server and spamming mic with his shitty dubstep taste. Jimmy banned the wrong uneliasmarsu from the list

You can see from the banlist (http://www.ibisgaming.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist) that joyunspeakable was also banned from mic spamming at the same time, if you go to his steam profile he has links that provoke hacking in tf. No reason to not believe that he shouldn't also be doing this in css

unbanned, correct target has been banned, however it won't let me make it perma. he was advertising myg0t, so as soon as the current ban expires i'll upgrade that one.

normally i guess i'd have to wait for someone else to look but fuck it. i just had to prove what wrong
