Other/Reason to unban: I am a newer player to the IBIS WCS server, but have experience in other WCS/War3 servers. I've also played competetively in CSS and have had CSS for a long time now, gathering around 3k or more hours on the game. After spending so much time on the game and learning tactics and how to play the game and win, it's become accustom to me to be called a "hacker". Never have I been punished for it. Using sound and radar effectively and well can make it look like you're walling, but it's really just common sense and skill. Multiple times on multiple maps have I gotten lucky killing Cyber, which I'll admit, which led to his suspicion of me, and I'm not ashamed to say I got lucky killing him a couple times while he was flying at me invisible halfway invisible.

I copped a lot of constant complaining from him when I beat him, which led him to call me a hacker. Sometimes when I'm playing bad, which happens all the time, I'll get upset and accuse someone every now and then, but being a dick about it isn't typically the route I take.

Anyways, back on track, I understand if I don't get unbanned, and it's not really a big deal to me, but I'd like it to be looked into. Also if there is evidence, may I see it so I can defend myself rather than being left in the dark? I know it isn't my right, but it'd be nice to try and defend myself. Thank you!

Your perma ban thread is listed above. Your demo's have been reviewed by the ULA's and a clan member himself and found evidence you are wall hacking. With that said, you are more than welcome to review the demo's and point out those ticks we have marked of you.

1. your previous VAC ban
2. how you see humans so damn well
3. tick 50500 in italy. it's my baby. i'm proud of it.

Brett's being a bit comical about it, but it's true. I may call someone and their mother a hacker when you get killed with a bs "lucky" shot, we all do it as you say, but never mistake the fact that I NEVER go about making a BAN on someone, unless I had full conviction that you hack, and collected enough conclusive data to back my claim.

Then 2 ULA (upper level admins) or clan members vote on a ban thread, and if it's conclusive, THEY upgrade the ban to perma. (NOT ME).
So please, do not insult me by making it look like i banned you out of spite, I never ban someone when I rage because that is just playful banter. It's when I'm quiet and collecting ticks of you when you should really fear your stay in ibis.

It took myself, brett, phil, and a couple regulars collecting demos and sending them to me, and about +48 hours of demo watching and analysing (13h on the day of ban for me alone, anyway), to collect the ticks necessary to post a MONTH ban that will be assessed by other highly-ranked admins with many many years of experience in identifying hackers like yourself, and in detecting/handling those who hope for a Hail Mary by posting an unban thread acting confused.

The fact that the original banner (me) is ALSO a ULA who usually perma bans other admins' bans is basically an implicit/uncounted 3rd vote on your ban already. But if you do wanna waste people's time with your act, then by all means, Phil and scribble (the other ULAs who have yet to vote) and clan members can post their opinions. But seeing that the ban itself was upgraded by a CLAN member, only him (or the collective decision of clanners) or the owner himself (Zero) can go about unbanning you at this point, if not mistaken.

ahh...Reminds me of the balto/benihime/mistral days... At least balto had the decency to accept his fate, confess to the truth, and leave without looking like a total bitch when proved wrong...
But please. I would actually like you to answer Brett's questions by all means. Would love some funny anecdotes as reading material when I come back for your thread one day, it's always fun to watch them squirm ever so slightly before they leave.
