II. Temp bans
Should be given out to players who have a thick skull and need to be taught a lesson. Should not be given for longer than 7 days, this is the maximum unless the user has a history of problems. So a month is way past 7 days thanks for the info though.

If you suspect a hacker, it is standard to give a 1 month ban until a perma is voted for or against. It makes no sense to ban for 1 hour due to suspected hacks, either you saw him hack and have evidence or you do not.

ps: that dude does have a vac ban on record, so it is possible. In general though, if you think someone is hacking, you spec them long enough to see the proof for yourself, and then give them a ban, or you go through the demo, and get enough evidence to web ban them. I did not watch the demo, but go with your gut, you either saw enough to think he was in fact cheating, you have a tick mark, I would assume that means there is something there.

Pass it up to Phil, other ULA or some other admins for a second opinion. As long as you have tick marks it doesn't take too long to check.

Also, people generally bitch about haxes if they get killed a few times, don't take their word for it, check on it yourself. It seems as if you are already doing that though.

Also, this thread should be in the admin perma ban section, not user perma ban section (i have moved the thread for you, no need to repost). And What said above, for all suspected hackers, ban them for 1 month to keep them off the server, and post a thread so we can review it.
