just like slapping yourself 3 times is abuse this is too, or umuting someone that another admin muted by accident because the "rules" say so. as an admin it is my job to report all rules that are broken. im doing so here.

What racist said sorrento is a boring map without parachutes i understand that the rules say no parachutes on escape maps and i can understand that but on sorrento it makes it a way better map.

This thread is partially my fault. I have noticed few admins bending the rules a bit; such as allowing parachutes to be on in ze, gravity level, freezing zombies to win ze maps etc., and many admins have seen this go on, so they feel it is the norm to do so. I saw euro do it last, so I told him not to do it anymore, as changing parachutes on ze map or changing any of the rules is reserved for clan to do so accordingly; and not admins. I told him to report it to me so I can talk to the individual admins without anything having to blow up. Didn't think a thread would have been made.

I spoke with anex in regards to this very explict map and chute issue. His response was simply, serrento is like THE only exception to chute rule. I do not see this going anywhere unless moods have changed since i was told otherwise.

On a serious note iv never seen an issue with chutes on sorrento, i personally dont put chutes on if im senior because i feel it takes away the challenge.

I'm in the works of revamping the rules. Chutes on maps like train station, sorrento , ect are going to be fine. We're going to start loosening up on some things so abuse threads like this will not occur and bring it back to its roots a little bit.

Even though it says no chutes on escape maps, i have given verbal permission many times for sorrento. Capt crunch was operating under previous clan instruction so I am not considering this as abuse.

It really doesn't. Both zombies and humans benefit equally from chutes. Humans can activate the lever 5-10 seconds faster and zombies can get on the roof or the boats.
