probably because you did not put ur steam id in ur profile so it does not know which steam id to activate the powers on. try updating that and see if it works. If not pm zero or jigsaw about it.

It is in there now it appears, I manually re synced just encase. It looks on my end that it should be wokring, let me know if it is still not after a map change.
