It all started, of course, when I got my admin.

I made a few honest to god accidents and people bitched and complained.

Soooo, Ike! is now CONSTANTLY, and I mean on a true day-to-day basis, KICKS AND BANS ME because I either 1.) Tell him to stop camping or 2.) Stop mic spamming.

He always retorts by saying he can do what he wants and he doesn't have to listen to me.

Then, like yesterday, I tell him to shut the fuck up, because I was tired of him telling me HOW to be an admin and him telling me what camping is!

He kicked and banned me for that shit yesterday.

It's aggravating.

Annoying.

And the general and main reason people don't want me having admin is because they're used to picking on me.

They're used to doing whatever they wanted to to me, and getting away with.

I'm sick of the harassment, the sexist jokes, everything.

I feel offended every time I walk in.

ESPECIALLY WITH OTHER ADMINS.

There are other instances, but unless something happens with those admin again, I shall forget it.

ALSO: Another thing I just got wind of.

It has come to my attention that a friend of mine, Special_K, was unjustly abused and kicked because he stood up for me when people were talking shit about me when I left.

He told me what they were saying, mainly what 2High2Play was saying, and I confronted him about it.

2High called Special_K a "rat" and a "parrot".

Then he kicked him.

2High has been two-facing me, being my friend when I'm in the server, and then being a dickhead when I'm not.

I know that Floss, 2High, Ike, Project, and jSheets want my admin taken away.

All because of personal reasons.

Floss' reason is too personal, not going to say.

2High, because he's NEVER liked me. Because I'm a girl, and I can't play CS:S.

Ike, just because I told him off one day about a private matter.

Project, because Cathy and I have issues with each other, and Project and Cathy are "tight".

And jSheets because I kicked him one day because someone posted a picture of me without my permission, and he screenshotted it and started sending it everyone.

I told him I would kick him if he did.

I owned up to my threat.

I am sorry that I have not been able to deal directly with this situation, because I have been on vacation. I know that you wanted to talk to be via voice but I unfortunately have not had time when you have been on. I have heard a lot of different things from people on each side and I would like to ask that you all give me some time when I get back next week to sort all of this out. I can say that admins banning or using powers on each other is something that is not allowed and those situations will be addressed once I am able to ascertain all of the details of the incidents. Some users have provided me with demos of some of the incidents so that I can get a better understanding of what is going on.

I believe that in the end we can all sit down and with the facts in front of us come to an understanding that will allow us all to move on as friends with less animosity toward one another. :smirk:

I can tell you up front there will be comments and jokes geared towards you on the ZM server as well, but I assure you admins don't use there admin commands on each other in the ZM server. trust me we got it down right good in there. The only things you would have to deal with are the jokes (yes they are only jokes nothing meant to hurt your feelings), the noobs who don't know better and koolayed (I swear he was born an SOB). also we just need more girls in there playing with us, I'm not doubting your gaming skills, its just a freaking huge sauasge fest in there. The only issue I have with toasties is that she tried telling me and other GG players that WE (her and I) have to agree to throw a new vote up. I was senior admin on at the time and everyone wanted a change and everyone agreed that they wanted to play glass bowl or whatever that gay map is. I said ok, she said we had to agree. I laughed and said I was here first, I was senior, and I can say if the vote should be put up or not. If roles were revearsed, I wouldnt say shit and I wouldnt pull this whole "we" have to agree.

I think an important thing all admins need to know is that if your really pissed off about something or your just mad at the world for some reason, it's best to resist logging on the server, cause thats when your most tempted to use your powers in a way you shouldn't be...and im not pointing anyone out or anything with this im just saying it. As for squatting 550 lbs, everyone has a difference of opinion what a real squat is. If your ass is not at a 90 degree angle, that shit is not a squat.

Unfortunately, in this category I will not boast nonsensical weights of 550 considering i have had physical therapy done for ligament damage in my left knee when I was younger. I am very happy with 4 sets of 10x at 225. Nice clean easy and no pain in the knee.

Ok, I should have closed the thread until I had time to review all of this.

First, the problems with IKE have been acknowledged, he has now been permanently banned. You should note that his banning has nothing to do with this nor his admin removal. Before this topic was made demos had been submitted to me that I was until today unable to view. After viewing these demos along with the audit of his logs it was decided to remove some of his powers. After looking at other incidents it then became clear that his admin needed removal and that he was a lost cause. After this decision was made it was then decided that he would be banned for his discussions on hacking that were made apparent today.

As for tosties, I have also reviewed demos submitted in relation to you and observed your actions while looking though the demos on IKE. I have also discussed your situation with a variety of players and conducted random audits of players opinions over the last week and a half. However, I would note that data on your problems predates these studies and that includes your own request to discuss this matter with me via voice chat a few weeks ago. I apologize that it has taken me this long to respond and that I also have failed to speak to you via voice or even over steam friends for that matter. I feel that your current disdain for the server environment could have been avoided if I had been able to preform these surveys sooner. Unfortunately life, like anything is not perfect. I hope that you will bear with me over this next paragraph and try to listen to what I half to say about this situation.

Tosties, from the information I have gathered you appear to be a good heated admin who occasionally makes more decisions. This is fine as I have already stated nothing nor anyone is perfect. People make mistakes and that is simply a fact of life, it is our intentions and our will to correct these errors that matter. IKE for example started with some poor choices as well, unfortunately he did not care about correcting them and made his ill intentions apparent and as a result he was ultimately banned. You on the other hand I believe want and care to do the right thing. This is also why I believe you made this topic in the first place that has unfortunately been hijacked due to my lack of oversight. As for my data here is what I have concluded.

The problems with other players stems from your "overly" playful attitude on the server. It is an unfortunate fact that some people take things too seriously and that others are basically jacking themselves off to the idea of a girl playing a video game. This disability on their part is aided by some of the "playful" sounds you are known to make on the mice. Such incidents result in many issues being brought about that you your self and even some other players would rather not have occur. Now I do not know why you decided to preform these actions or if you are fully aware of their consequences. What I can say is that if you want the other players to just treat you like a normal player you need to try to understand how their simple minds will interpret some of the actions you preform. I think that if you can get a basic idea of what I am trying to say here you can start to improve and hopefully find the server environment much more friendly.
