How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Banned player Crane Operator without a legitimate reason. Claims sabotage by knifing Balins Tomb door on Moria but supplies no demo of the event and knifing the door would do minimal damage anyway.

Proof (Proof is NEEDED in order to report abuse, if the abuse contains admin commands and chat only a date and time is needed; however, a screen shot or console copy is helpful): Look to posts in thread here (http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/showthread.php/12070-My-name-is-Woofr-woof-woof) to see that VLK says himself that Crane apparently knifed the door.
