Steam Connection?

Anyone else getting this message " Cannot connect to Steam Vac" Then try going to Steam support webpage and it wont load either??

Yea it seems to be working now, idk if they just put out an update or not but good so far.

Had a few messages pop up today.

Client has not authorized in time, Reconnect or restart steam.
Any idea what causes this? Also last night my admin controls wouldn't work at times?

Usually the cause would be steam update or somehow a lost in connection. I usually just restart my comp and/or steam, works fine after.
