!votemute Feature on Zmod is broken

Zero after typing !votemute on zmod and selecting the player you want to mute it comes up in console: "blank" started votemute on "blank" player and quickly ends with a vote failed message, no propts at all. it just ends without warning.

Yes, for what ever reason this mod appears to be highly unstable. I need to remove it until the creator is able to produce a functional version...
