I talked to him all night where to post, how to post etc, yet he managed to post 2 blogs...
If he doesn't make a ban thread with proper format by the end of my work day (6pm-7pm EST) Irish will be unbanned.

Also that admin better be posting up something by the end of the week or risk being placed on probation. Or if they do post and their post is a joke I would rather have an explanation for all of these bans before they get into more trouble.
