Fiber lines into and out of WDC have been cut. This is a validated Tier 1 outage.


As of 26-Aug-2014 15:47, multiple redundant links between the Datacneter Aggregation Routers (DAR) in WDC01 and the Backbone routers in WDC02 (BBR) are offline.

Lag will be high as service is slowly brought back online. They will need to repair all the fiber routes in WDC in order to fully correct the issue.
