Why was KKK mitch connor banned?

diprodigy or whatever his name was came in and banned them and said he could ban whoever he wanted or something like that and said the [KKK] were not allowed in the server.

Deprodigy came in banning everyone with [ K K K ] as their clan tag, which includes Mastagunz the admin, Mitch Conar, and Hobo the third highest rank in the ZM server. I unbanned Mitch the first time he was banned, after Mitch explained to deprodigy that he was allowed to have his clan tag in the ZM server, especially when no one who actually plays the server has a problem with it that I've seen. I cannot get into a fight with admins to fix broken rules.

Zero you need to be here to explain things to deprodigy. I've sent you two messages that explain mostly everything I've said so far. I've explained to deprodigy how you said, and I'll quote:

Dep, why are you going around stirring up the ZM nest?? we already have enough problems in there. I got my hands full trying to keep that server enjoyable and at the same time abiding by the IBIS rules.

Zero would have taken the exact same action I did. Even though I was the one who did it. If I'm wrong about this, then I know Zero will explain it to me, and I will never do it again by choice. But when you come into a server full of friends having a good time, when they're doing absolutely nothing wrong and ban them PERMANENTLY without consent from Zero, AFTER he said the KKK tag was acceptable, when more then one person tried to explain that to you, then I think we both have a problem Deprodigy.

He banned Mitch permanently after everyone explained it to him on zm_mallbeta4, at which point I unbanned him, then later on grid he came back and banned them all. I don't understand why he has to come into the server when he doesn't even play it, just to ban someone who isn't even doing anything to him.

Dep, this was out of line tonight. I know your an IBIS clan member and I'm just the admin who pays $11 a month for it. But there were other ways of achieving you motives. Banning 3 players with the [K.K.K.} tag is up to you. But I would expect you to follow the same rules that I follow. I have never caused any trouble with any of the IBIS clan members. Yes some of them may not care what I have to say but the ZM server has its share of problems/drama already. I do my job in the server as an admin to keep it fair and fun. I expect you to do the same thing as a clan member dep.

I made a vote in the ZM server, 3 times, the answers were in different places each time with the same question. The question was "Should the Kool Kats Klub be allowed on the server with their tags?" The answers the first time were between yes and no. Yes won. The second time the button 1 was set to the answer "Doesn't count." 2 set to "Yes." and 3 set to "No." Yes won again. I switched the places of yes and no, and Yes won a third time.

He unbanned him because that ban was obviously ridiculous. In fact the only point of that ban was so that they could get unbanned, or am I wrong. You guys do not know when to stop, I have already said that the tag is OK jet you continue to drag this out.

The only person who has done anything wrong is deprodigy. Deprodigy, you can not just start banning people for no reason, you can also not just start mass banning people for no reason. In case you forgot every admin that has mass banned on one of the servers has been banned.

Now as for the [KKK] tag, if it is that offensive then a public thread should be made to discuss the matter. I do not see that it violates any of the rules but if it is being that big of a problem lets have an open discussion about it so that we can all come to an understanding. Maybe in the end we will all agree it is ok, or maybe we will find a way to change the tag to make it less offensive. :smirk:
