How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Not sure where else to put this. But he has never worn an ibis.a tag I think. I as well as many others, including when I had admin and other admins have told him to wear his tag to do any kind of commands. He ignores every comment in chat and thru voice. Im not sure if he just doesn't care. He just stated as im typing this that he thinks his month is up and he will lose admin tomorrow. He had done every command that he can w/o a tag for over a week now that ive noticed.

Ignore that voodoo demo^ above, couldn't edit and add attach... But here for proof: 8877 between 7-8mins left of map he slays Papi Racist and then leaves instantly after.
