Banned today

Well after months of playing on your servers exclusively Rico banned me today. I don't need to be unbanned, just wanted you guys to know what happened. My favorite map won a vote (Ancient City), and like always when he's on he vetoed that and changed it to something he liked. Whatever I can bitch about that not the end of the world. About 10 rounds in I TK'ed him as an end of round TK and he chose to slay me (pretty gay). I rejoined to respawn (resulting in 2 levels lost anyway as I was in 2nd on my team) and he decided to ban me for it. I have paid at least 6 months for reserve slot and have been loyal here. I find it comical such admin abuse happens but consider me done playing here, at least until you guys figure out how to handle abusive admins, this isn't the first case I've seen him do something like this, just the first time to me. Take care and whoever get's my money every month, just know you won't because of me, and I'm sure other people will do the same if behavior like this continues.

1. Tk is tk. Start of round, middle of round, or end of round. Intentional tk is not tolerated. Period. Some people do it to others because they know they are joking. If you tk the wrong person, they have the absolute right to slay you.

2. You left the game and rejoined to avoid a slay. One, rejoining to gain level is not allowed, but rejoining to avoid a slay, by a clan member.

3. Rico is not an admin. He is clan. Meaning he can do whatever he wants. Admins < Clan.

Don't know why you are getting so hurt by this, being all dramatic. You TK'd. You rejoined to avoid a slay. Why wouldn't he ban you?

Admins and CLAN have the right to change the map to whatever they want whenever they want. and you always complain about that, try reading the rules before you start complaing.

2. Map changes will be dictated by clan members*** / the automated map vote. If there are no high ranking clan members on the server, the first admin on the server will have the privilege of changing the map to what he / she wants. However, this is not to be abused by rapid map changes.

You know the consequences for tk, doesnt matter if its after round or not, Rico had the right to slay you for doing so.

He brings down the experience on the server a million fold and I won't be back again. As for the "he can do whatever he wants", thank you for solidifying my point, it wouldn't matter the situation at hand, he cannot do something wrong by definition. He's an ass and honestly, if I'm paying to play somewhere I don't expect to be banned for something so amazingly innocent when I see people TK for rounds and round with no punishment, spam mic with no punishment, rejoin, high ping, etc. You have a large enough following, me leaving won't affect your bottom line, just posted to be informative in case you see a trend of people with similar issues.

Phil, thanks for your words but I definitely don't believe I can do whatever I want. I exercise my rights in the server (which I have earned by being in ibis servers since 2006). Sometimes, as in this case, people get butthurt over my actions because they think I'm abusing. Changiing the map to what I want at the end of rounds is my perogative, as it is any admin's.

Here's what happened. Ancient city won the vote and I just didn't want to play it. Half the server didn't want ot either since it won by a slim margin. You told me "Rico, you better not change the fucking map" right as it was changing. I appreciate you for helping me to make up my mind. You continually troll me and grief me in game - EVERYTIME you are in game. You made your opinion of me changing the map very clear once we went to Sex Fix. I didn't appreciate any of your comments towards me (or any of your butt buddies, either) but I bit my tounge and ignored it. Then, you decided to TK me after round. I generally don't care about people doing that but you've become a special case. I slayed you and you rejoined to avoid the slay. That's a bannable offense no matter the circumstances. You are a regular and are well aware of what the rules are and you should have known better. In fact, I would bet you knew full well what would happen. You were banned for 10 minutes so get over it.

I'll gladly pay Zero an extra few bucks a month if you don't come back. You are a nuissance who thinks you can thump your chest in game and troll clan and admin? I don't think so. Your TK'ing me at the end of a round was just another example of your troll behavior and akin to a dog pissing on his territory. I'm not going to sit here and let you do that to me. You don't have the right.

If you are so upset about people breaking the rules then you should have become an admin and enforce the rules. As most in GG know, I am quite ruthless with my enforcement of laggers, TK'ers, AFK's and mic spammers. I don't put up with any of that BS. Unfortunately, I can't be in game 24/7 and many admins aren't as strict as I am with enforcing the rules for fear of being called out in the forums by D Bags like you.

Cmon Playa, now you even know you were posting a useless thread. I can see what you were trying to do, but you know that you are completely wrong here. I was there, you know that too. What's really the problem? You cant play the map you want? simple fix, I mean your already paying or I say were paying for reserve, so why not just go ahead buy admin and then play w/e maps you want and you'll also have reserve. You do tend to be a complete dick sometimes to a few different ppl, I've seen it 1st hand where you just come outta no where and tell someone to stfu your voice is annoying, when no one was even talking to you. Which is another simple fix.. "!sm whoever". I think you just get it in your head where if you just don't like someone and then if they say or do something to you, you have to insult them or do w/e you can b/c maybe you feel like they embarrassed you in front of everyone so your trying to get your manhood back or something..idk. You cant expect to just talk to everyone however you want. Now all that being said, quit being a dick, grow some balls, get over it and come back, so I can continue whooping your ass.
