Yes I enjoy playing it and we do have a server running it @ ns2co.ibisgaming.com

I would say though that this game is not a "addition" that would be like calling cs:go an addition to cs:s or even tf2. They both use the same engine and many assets but are independent games. You do not need to own NS2 to buy combat.

It is a very fun and fast paced game that is easy to get into.
