The map has just started and me and bunch of people got together inside the bathroom, wich is not allowed to glich the door and cade the crouch spot, otherwise you'll get banned, as everybody who has played even 5minutes on the server knows ... or at least should, specially when it comes to admins.

As I know the rules, I start to uncade the crouch spot.
Some kids started screaming "cade breaking", but they dont know they should get banned or at least a Slay warning.

So the Admin SUP, without warning or kick or slay, just banned me for 2 hours while I uncaded the crouch spot. As you can see he acused me of cade breaking.
As I have sugested before, please stop allowing ignorant people to become admins just because they pay the 11 dollars per month. Let them first learn some of the rules.

The last Admin that abused on me, that was worth mentioning, was Beachbum86. He got banned for abusing his power as admin.
This time I believe some sort of punishment should be applied to SUP. And again, stop allowing any ignorant to become admin.

second of all I don't zmod, but i wouldnt say its abuse per say, he just jumped the gun and took their word for it without knowing the whole story.

Maybe SUP took the children's word for it ... As did Beachbum86 when he banned me, lost his mind, banned everyone else, and got perma banned.

Either way, I just wanted to make sure I informed people about it.
But, as it happened with Beachbum86 in the past, I believe that nothing would acctually happen to SUP.
I got a 2 hours ban. So I belive he will not get punished and things will go on the same as they were, as nothing has ever happened. If I post it on the unban section, I may get unbaned, but in more than 2 hours. So I'm screwed anyway.
I just felt like it was my job to inform anybody that would read this.

There should be no cade there; You blocked the 2 paths (glich + cading crouch spot) ... You should get banned before then ...

I'll just add that you've got some nerve calling admin abuse when I've cut you so much slack and given you so many passes for stuff I could have easily banned you for a week or longer. I mean a paltry 2 hour ban for cade breaking from someone with 1000+ hours on the server and at least 15 legitimate bans on his record?

I fought against admins that power abused on me or even some other people before ... That made me vulnerable to some admins. Most times I was just too tired to fight a cause that I believed I would lose. As I have experienced before, admins abuse and nothing ever happens to them (unless they perma ban 30 people in 1 strike).
My past doesn't really reflect the reallity of how I was banned. Maybe you can see that I was a victim in most of them, and for example, have been banned permanently like 15 times.

Whenever you gave me a pass, you did the same or even worst because you know you will never get any punishment... even though people still record you.

Lets remember, for example, who kicked me today just because I !Sm 6six today ?

And as Hoshiro have mentioned wrong, today I didnt sabotage sorrento (like a first time in my life, indeed).
Today I just knifed them off to the water. I confess, though, just for today.

without a demo of the infraction you cant really report admin abuse anyway, its just like your ban as you claim "taking their word for it"

That normally doesnt even makes me mad. Just some times, like today when he did the same thing that started the process of making Beachbum86 getting perma ban.

Today when he kicked me for no reason, or even when he slaps me when when I make fun, I still laugh.

Racist, you did the same mistake Beachbum86 did before he got crazy and end up getting him banned for life.

There was no abuse though, since you did technically cade break the ban was legit, it just seems to me like you're trying to tell everyone how bad of an admin he is when he didn't do anything wrong in the situation you're describing.

And just 1 last thing. I live past 2 hours form you guys.
When you ban me for 2h at 20:00 for example, for me you are banning me from 22:00 to 00:00, killing my entire day.

I have worked in a Oil plataform in the last 4 days, sleeping only 4 hours per night and dont even sleeping on the new years eve. I came here and just wanted to chill before I pass out in my bed and wake up in a normal routine. At this point the 2 hours acctually mean the day.

Look, in all honesty with your ban history it should probably be longer. It's not my responsibility to make my bans compatible with your work schedule. If Hosh asks me to remove the ban I will but until then it stands the way it is.

So I found and watched the demo, talked to Racist, and then went and reviewed the rules.

The way that spot was caded, both before and after fabi broke in, is legal. See thread here: http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/showthread.php/8874-zm_euronews-Bathroom There are additional links in the thread which include comments from both Anex and Steamer on this spot and ones like it.

Fabi, you broke the cade to get in and then continued to cade break by trying to keep the vendy from blocking the crouch spot. I think your understanding of the rules is incorrect and your abuse claim is based on a false premise.

No abuse. You did cadebreak. The people in this cade did everything legit and did not perm glitch door (bannable) resulting in not being able to block the crouch spot in which you shot out. Seems this handled itself. Ban was short for you fabi considering your record.

Eitherway, there's a lack of demo to begin with, and although ZM has too much shit slipping my mind atm, but remember this people:
someone else breaking the rules doesn't justify you breaking them in order to send a message... it's like team killing in gungame because someone's shooting u every now and then instead of reporting the issue to the active admin on hand.
And seeing that you admitted to "cade breaking" because the other person had an illegal spot, this acts as a direct representation of the scenario before. Next time just try to report it to an admin and let them handle it themselves, dying to zombies one round is less bothersome than having to go through admin abuse threads...

it's not about bullshitting you. It's about going on you OWN judgement, not someone else's.
Hosh could be honest and not bullshitting you, but he could also make mistakes as any human being and eventually ending up making u use your admin wrongfully because he THOUGHT he was doing the right thing, or saw something happen differently then what actually happened.

Bottom line is, when you use admin, you use it sparingly and you use it at your OWN best judgement, because shit like this might come up, and you want to know 100% every event that lead to u using admin.

That being said, it's not the end of the world now, just be careful.
All gd though, hug it out people, and combaya that motherfucking thread until i can close it :D
