Why did you order admin
I could give you the normal response, "I care about the community and wanted to do my part" Lets be real, I first got admin because the amount of mic spam in zm would drive anyone crazy. Now its because of wallhacks and aimbots that destroy the game. Someone has to ban the Tkers in Pub. Really though just to make IBIS better place to play. "without admin abuse"

Why do you want to be an upper level admin
It drives me crazy when I see ban still stuck on 1 month after a week. I've been around for a while now and I want a lil more responsibility to be able to help out around here. I know I will learn more as time goes along but I can say I have worked on my demo skills lately. Plus we always need more admins that will train new admins Correctly!

According to SOME douchebag:P, you remind people of a less rage-a-holic version of me.
That comes with both the pros and cons:

Pros:
Very dedicated.
Very active.
Very willing to go the long way.
You seem to know your shit around hackers, even some hard ones.
Level headed like me (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ehhem) but mostly willing to play nice with the team.
You TRY to work hard to be a good face for ibis admins, even when other ppl screw u over.

Con:
You have the same con as I did. For the longest time, I would be very hesitant in pulling the plug on a player, or taking the shot, making the ban, and sticking to it EVEN WHEN you are more than 200% sure that the person is hacking, regardless of whether u are right or not.


Advice: When YOU are convinced someone is hacking, and you TRULY believe that your evidence is enough and supportive, just go with it man. Trust me, the first couple bans you'll end up rereading your threads over and over again, trying to make sure you don't fuck up so that u keep ur streak, but then you realize down the road that some of the ones you hesitated the most for ended up being handled with a simple "obvious, perma'd . closed" and you realize that it's not as scary as you thought it would be.
Worst case people will be like " i dont see it". And then you take a go at pointing out what you saw. You might even end up convincing others of something they missed, OR you simply learn from that ban and apply it on the next one! :)

tl:dr:
You have potential, I'm cheering for you to keep up the good work even when you arent currently "obligated" to handle it. But work on the confidence in making bans.

Remember: Confidence != Rash.

Confidence required= convinced + proof + clear conscience + CLEAR MINDED (no booze or insomnia)+ BAN + Submit.

I'm sure u'll get many +1s down the road.

Money please get more confident in your bans, otherwise, you are top notch.
On a side note your average thought of a positive ban is quite positive. ULA is a job, a job someone may want to do, not a factor of loyalty. You screw up, you blew it. It is a stepping stone to clan, you decide if you want that or not by your demeanor and actions while ULA. Much easier to remove you than letting you play the role.

He is a great mentor to new admins, is knowledgeable, and represents ibis in a great like. Definitely ULA material.
