Canceling Problems

Been trying to cancel my subs and so far i'm still stuck with paying when I don't want admin anymore.

You got to do it in paypal. If you pm me the transaction IDs of your last payment or payments I can look up the related account and cancel it from my end if you want.

Tried doing so in paypal had no idea where I needed to do it. So i'll just send you the transaction id

Once you log in to Paypal and you're sitting at your Summary page, click on the gear in the upper right corner. On the Settings page that loads, you should see a Payment Settings section in the lower right with a link to "Preapproved Payments". Click that link and you should see IBIS Gaming listed as the Merchant with a status of Active. You can click IBIS Gaming which takes you to Subscription details and there's a link to Cancel near the top.

Confusing as hell for me too the first few times I did it.
