How did he/she abuse (See TOS): There is nothing to classify this under TOS, however I would like clarification if this is appropriate admin or clan behavior. Refer to demo.

Proof: Refer to attached demo. Start at tick: 4600. "I keep forgetting the newfound ability to actually be able to perma-ban three people for no god damn reason at all. That's always going to be handy... We've earned it." I cannot find anything to support this. Please clarify this ability. Is this intended to be an overhanging threat to non-clan/non-admin players on the servers? Thus, would this not be considered as abuse?

IDK if its in the TOS but Cyber hasn't banned anyone and I doubt he would just for the hell of it.

All he is stating is his right to permanently ban players now which is what clan can and will do if needed. What's the point of this thread....?

oh and btw, clan members CAN perma ban people privately and take it inhouse depending on the NEED of it... and you won't even need a reason as long as the ban was REQUIRED and judged among clan (as far as im reading right).

now had i went and banned u dumb fucks permanently for cheer giggles, fine, but rly? over trashtalk CLEARLY said with a sarcastic tone ? (listen to it)
god if i banned every person i ever wanted, the server would be more dead than 5 minutes after u and yoshir join.
But I have restraint and control over my admin over the many years i've been here, and try to never ban unless I personally believe that the ban was justified at the time...sigh.
