admitting to using different ip addresses to circumvent a permanent ban is guess what, against the rules which gives you a.... permanent ban!

Rather than circumventing the rules and joining from a different IP, you should have posted an Unban Me request and/or an Admin Abuse thread. You're essentially saying 'because I didn't break the rules the first time, I shouldn't be punished for breaking them now,' which is false.

Goo was banned by me in the first place because of directed racism, when I issued the mute, he then re-joined on a different account and proceeded in doing the same thing. Me and Ninja banned a few of his accounts that night, but it wasn't until last night that I banned most of them , Goo has a new account "El Pollo Loco".
