We seemingly have another "admin" who decided to pay to avoid being kicked, banned, etc...
After repeatedly telling him not to shoot my cade, he did it anyway near spawn and this isnt the first time.

Either he's totally disregarding the rules, or has something like a language barrier, or a mental retardation that prevents him from understanding them.

I'm asking for a restriction or termination of his admin commands.

He has no language barrier, i have both seen him chat and have heard his voice. His primary language is English, he just doesn't listen to other admins who ask him to stop.

38K - meh. Nothing intentional, just over spray. Could have been more careful.
79K-83K is where it got more intentional. With the m4a1 intentional shots at the vending machine. Although at 83K, it wasn't dopey who broke it, it was Thor who was trying to shoot the fast zombie and hit the other dudes cade.
92K+ you can see he did slightly hit it, but he was trying to control his shots. He crouched and did single burst shots to the zombie heads, which they moved at times and single bullets would hit the cade. Thor (yonkers cade mate) did more damage to the other person's cade...
