If you see more than enough evidence. Don't worry about recording a demo. Just get it from the FTP. As $Money$ said.
That way the hacker isn't in there too long. Don't be TOO quick to it either.

Thanks for that information (Money & Minjae). So all sessions are %100 auto-recorded? I'm especially careful with being not too quick to judge but with things like this can I just ban him once I'm sure and absolutely rely on the fact that there is an auto-record? Cause it really kills all player's joy when I have to record before I can ban for smth obvious like this..

Yeah, making a thread in that section is ok if you want other's input.
As far as 100% hackers go. Everything is 100% recorded. So no worries.
You just have to find the right demo and upload it here.
