I'm not seeing anything here besides shitty bhop and a good utilization of sound.

Regardless of this, there are some shady kills, but in this demo there is nothing active. I don't even see walls (I watched until 08:26).

However I will make note that this player does already have a VAC banned account.

Now, his current account has been banned from multiple servers. Servers in which have anti-cheat enabled as a plugin that auto-detect hacks on the spot.

Other than that - there is nothing going on in the demo aside from a fail attempt of a bunnyhop.

I would also like to note that between his two accounts, there is roughly 300 hours in CS:S altogether. There is also not enough in CS:GO to understand the mechanics of the game, and while it doesn't take very long to understand if you try, you still do not get kills like the ones that are being completed in the demo. He does have however over 1.4k hours in TF2, which means he does understand a bit of it and how it will end up working. This demo just isn't enough and I'm not seeing aimbot in it.

EDIT: I'd like to add in everything he says and does he refers to hacks. Any game, any time, any where. Whether it be his clan tag, a review, a comment, or a picture. They all have the word hack/cheat in them.
EDIT2: He has used Steam Achievements Manager to unlock all CS:GO and TF2 achievements on his new account. (This will not get you VAC banned as it's not considered a cheat, however it's serving the purpose of understanding him)

The demo does not portray S. utilizing hacks of any sort.

He denies any refutes about him using hacks. I have spoken, in particular ways, with him about this situation.
There is no longer a use of me to force him to admit he is using hacks because he has now resorted to the only option one can do in this situation. He would like to record himself playing. Of course he may not use them while he records, but here's the catch. He said he will do just as good. So, there has to be some equivalent of skill and similarities of gameplay between the demo from this thread, and the ones he has offered to submit.

I'm tired of putting this guy though the wringer. There is one other option, but that has to do with the administrators. This is reasonable, and it could very will be that he was wrongfully accused and banned.

Hello, I am S.'s friend. We have been playing cs:s together for a long time and I can assure you that he is not cheating...
We are banned from 20+ servers for "cheating" and just joke around about it now, it's fun when someone calls cheats on you. Makes you feel like you are good at the game. We like to call CS:S, "the game where you get banned for being too good."
Sensei has had a grudge against us for a week now, saying he would buy admin to ban us because we were obvious cheaters.
I don't see how he should be banned for a month because one admin got butthurt over getting killed too many times.
I would just like to play video games with my friends...

First of all, both watching this video and knowing the player, I can say on my behalf I am 110%sure that this player is cheating. Both him and his friend liam (STEAM_0:0:2195299) actually.

I am a fairly new admin and most importantly I am not as knowledgeable as Whitey or Rawr or any other admin. Not even close.. So if you all think this demo is not enough I can also provide these screenshots I took and posted on my Steam profile:

In these screenshots you can clearly see liam admitting to cheat! And please notice that their names are '' i use cheats S.'' and '' i use cheats liam''.
Also both of them spamming religious/political/racist propaganda in chat. Writing shit about 9/11 in Arabic..

If all these are still not enough; in accordance with Rules 1.7-Punishment-Section III-Subsection 1-I.1 ; I can provide substantial amount of witnesses to this offense; including ibis admin psychedelic and many pub1 regular players. So he can still be banned. If the decision to ban this person or not has to be validated by witnesses please contact me by any means and I'll provide the list of witnesses..

This player and his friend liam has been votebaned EVERY single time they have joined pub1 server. Unfortunately the voteban command has an extremely high rate to activate ban. Like Whitey very well put this player has a clear history of cheating, offensive behavior, open disregard for ibis server rules. I also would like to point out that he is NOT a kid. Judging his voice, he is 18+. So he knows what he is doing..

Please do not let people like these slide.. We really and VERY SINCERELY like to have the good clean and fun gaming in Pub1 again like as it was in old days..

Nevertheless, if all these are not enough then I'll immediately unban the player and apologize..

its protocol to ban a player for 1 month while accused of hacking. if he is voted as a non hacker then his ban will be revoked.

What i said in the first screenshot is way out of context. You repeatedly called out cheats on me so I jokingly said that. Also please note that we said that text like 3 times in a game jokingly with my friends. I see how you may take offense to it so that's why I have not said it any more. Where I am from (US) there is a thing called free speech, no matter what language it is in. It was a joke and I have no problem stopping, just please stop pulling this stuff out of context to make your ban look warranted.

You will have to settle your history like it were a credit report if you would have expected me to believe you. Especially when saying you are "using cheats" will get you banned from 99.9% of the servers that are left out there. Just don't bring that shit here.. this is a very enjoyable and caring community that enjoys playing on a cheat free server. Whether you have walls, nosmoke/noflash, aimbot, hacked models, or any of the other form of cheating system; it is not welcome. What is so hard about playing the game? I've worked my ass off to get where I am today - kill like crazy and still enjoy myself. I take pride in winning; that is, without cheats. You can too.

I am psychedilic. I agree with Sensei with the Arabic writing, and that their are alot of people that have wanted them banned many of times. we had 1 guy who got it translated and it was something along the lines of the secret is out and the second coming of 9/11. And i think something like that shouldn't be on especially if its about something that is still sensitive to some people due to how many died.

I was on the server when they did admit to using cheats. We asked normally if they were using cheats and they said yes. We did not provoke them to get an answer and there were alot on the server that heard us. before we could record it i am sure they were using an aimbot on the server. and alot of players said the same and alot of the players left due to what they were doing.

I understand that you didn't want the arabic language on the server and I have not posted it any more.
You have never asked us if we were cheating, just kept yelling at us over the mic saying we were, and we would be banned. We jokingly said, yea we are cheating. Sarcasm isn't your strong suit, I get that.
Also, I have had cheats called by 1 other person in the server before other than you. After you started yelling about it over the mic, other players started saying we were cheating too. It's obvious that they wanted a reason to justify being worse than us at a video game.

Yes, you were unbanned. Never did I say you still were. I was simply stating your previous bans and what they were for in regards to your previous history of cheating.

I'm very happy for you. It seems you already found a primary server to play on. As much as you're welcome here; it all depends on whether or not you still actively cheat.

If you don't care about respect from the admins, how do you expect to play here.. the goal of a player is to get trust within a community; form a bond between the playerbase, the admins, as well as the server itself. What you're doing and what you've done does not assist you in doing so - nor does saying racist shit about 9/11, that's just worse than the cheating itself. I understand achievements are hard to get, and I understand it may be difficult to kill some people in this game, but you have to understand one thing; it all comes down to you. What you put in is what you get out. If you put in enough effort, you get great success. If you put in negativity, racism, and cheating, you get banned.. it's as simple as that.

What you also have to understand is that there are people in this world that will not take that lightly. Some do not have humor, some have no remorse. Some will just laugh with you. But in the end, every word counts. Words hurt, and they go a very long way. Especially over the internet where a sense of emotion can not be apart of the visionary.

It comes down to this:

I know there is nothing going on in the demo that was submitted in the OP. However, that is what this instance is based off of. Since there is no solid evidence that you are currently an active cheater, aside from your own words, the artwork on your profile, your server bans, your VAC bans, your steam groups, your steam aliases, so on and so forth; there is nothing that shows you are currently cheating in that demo.

AFAIK - your ban (I'd call it a suspension) stays until a ULA/Clan member reviews it. Things are run a bit differently here. The clan members have a higher authority over the general admins. So do the ULA (Upper Level Admins). I'm just an admin myself, just like Sensei. We do the general administrating and they take action when need be if necessary.

Voted no due to these reasons:

1. Very bad Bhop and even i can do it better which i'm not very good at either.

2. No shakes or anything. Not even a small trace of shake so that rules out aimbot.

He might have hacked on other servers but that doesn't matter one bit since people only get banned if they hack on IBIS servers.

I don't see any sufficient evidence supporting aimbot or bhop scripts.
