His ID and Ip in every ban above corresponds with his bans on our servers. And this is just the 1st page of results of Google'ing his ID..

Player's history of Permanent Bans on our servers:

16 Bans.. All for TK.. And please note that only 6 of those bans are made by admins. 7 of 16 bans are made by server for exceeding the team attack limit. 3 of 16 bans are made by players by voteban.. Careful examination of his joining dates and times shows a pattern of avoiding admins and connecting Pub and GG server (alternating between the two) in different times..

His ban length changed to a month by Phil. Which also says a lot.. Although, if kept at one month I'm sure this person will return and harass the players and our servers again..

Permaban for repeat offenders are up to clan to decide.

So I say no to permaban even tho he's a repeat offender, but I do agree and think that Phil's extended 1 month ban is good for now.
Clan will deal with him if he constantly tk's.

We do not base our perma bans off of other servers and their history there. This is IBIS, we have our own rules and regulations and it works very well.
Repeat offenders is NOT to be extended by regular admins, and/or ULA's.

I extended his original 1 week ban to a month; he's working his way up to a perma. Let see if 1 month will straighten him out.

No perma, but i'm keeping the 1 month.
