I seen this one in game and wanted to go back and check it out. Starting at 23k he gets 3 kills. The first kill I can handle since he seen the guy go threw the smoke. The 2nd kill I have no idea how he even seen him. I turned the drawothermodels on and that's the only way I could even notice him through the smoke, along with the 3rd kill as well.
I would say radar or luck but I just don't see it.

I believe he has no-smoke as well, even with radar the kills are too accurate with the smoke there
That nade kill at 42000, not visible on radar, no sound, knew he was there

While it doesn't apply to IBIS; I'd like to state that this individual is permanently banned on another 2 servers for wall hacking.

What I don't understand is how he's been on seam for 9 years, has 7 games with a total of less than 200 hours, and only 100~ of them in CS:S. 50~ over the past two weeks. You're not that good in a little over 100 hours.

8500-plants bomb, acquires target while behind the box..
24400-kills player Rem headshot thru smoke. Notice he can actually change his angle to see him but he chooses to stay where he is cause he clearly sees him.
24600-kills player Fathom headshot thru smoke.. Impossible..
29000-knows where enemy is, repositions himself, dies but watch as plays that he knows their exact location.
32800-He throws smoke. Stands behind it. Waits for player to come out of solid structure. Headshot kill, through smoke again..
36000-Again 2 kills in smoke..
