Messaged Zero already.. They used some kind of cvar jamming requests I think.. Psychedelic has the data on them.. I'm adding a screenshot of just before crash.

I was on the server as it happened. at 1 stage it was only volex on the server before it crashed.

ConVarRef sm_fakeclients_players doesn't point to an existing ConVar
SetConVar: No such cvar ( sm_fakeclients_players set to 5), skipping

I had found this which volex had tried putting in. he had put in 3 or 4 times. The server went down, as the server came back on i was in and straight away it went down again.
Volex had once said watch what he was going to do to the server. He has done this before to the server.

Volex and s1a always come on together. they come on and start disrespecting other player, especially volex. they both like coming on and causing trouble. they are players that everyone complains about.

The convars that psychedelic posted are nothing but the server outputting information to all clients currently connected. You cannot see the commands players enter into their console. That is only viewable to the server console. You only see the server information in your console as well as YOUR client information.

The only way to crash CS:S servers nowadays is with a proper DDoS unless owners open themselves up to vulnerabilities. IBIS can handle most attacks. I don't believe they crashed the server directly.

Well I don't know how they did it. That part I am hoping Zero can settle. But this kid openly threatened to ddos the server before. And I banned him for a day for that. I have the screenshot of that threat too..

I don't believe in coincidences so I don't think this was one either.. I messaged Zero and I am sure he will shed a light on all this.

p.s.: I am well aware "it doesn't matter" according to Ibis evaluation process but I just want everyone to know that this person has been officially tagged as a STEAM Scammer and he has a VAC banned secondary account (STEAM_0:1:5281859) and he has been banned from other servers because of threatening them with ddos attacks..
