Player has a history of extensive TK. He has 11 bans up until this one. Two of them being 1 week and 3 weeks.. He definitely needs to be permanently banned.
In the demo from today, right on the day his 3 week ban expires, he joins server and do this team wounding.. Which is a loophole he uses.. Frustrating player and getting him kicked off while he stays off the record.

P.s.: Please take special note that he actually was not caught because of TK. He started using team wounding as a loophole.. I download and watch the demo of every single incident at Pub; no matter how big or small.. This does not warrant a perma ban. If and when he constantly team attacks/team kills then ULA or clan will take care of it.
Just do the usual, warn/kick/ban. If constant extend ban length each time.
If he TK's and is kicked by server and/or voted, then clan will take care of it.
